Pick up your Postra Relief Trainer with the logo facing away from you. This makes it easy to slip on naturally.

Step 2.

Put it on like a backpack

Slide your arms through the shoulder straps. It should sit comfortably across your upper back.

Step 3.

Wrap and secure the main strap

Bring the wide strap around your stomach (just under your chest). Don't fasten it too tightly.

Step 4.

Tighten with the smaller straps

Grab the smaller side straps attached to the main strap. Pull them forward to tighten, then secure them onto the centre velcro panel. Your shoulders will gently roll back on their own.

Step 5.

Wear it daily for 20 minutes

Let your body adjust.
