Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident using your Postra posture trainer. If you don’t love it within 30 days, you may request a return.


30-Day Comfort Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Postra posture trainer within 30 days of delivery, you can return it for a refund.

To be eligible, the product must be returned in good condition, free from damage, excessive wear, deodorant stains, sweat marks or strong scents. We reserve the right to deny a return if the product shows signs of misuse.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind or comfort guarantee returns are the responsibility of the customer.


Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days at support@postra.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the product is confirmed faulty, we will replace it or offer a refund.


Sizing exchanges
If the size isn’t right, we offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in good condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Non-returnable items
We are unable to accept returns for items that are excessively worn, damaged or not in a resellable condition.


How to start a return
Email support@postra.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will send you instructions and the return address.
